The Calibrate Leadership Series will help you, an experienced community leader, tone and strengthen the leadership skills in your toolbox. In other words, it is designed to fine-tune your current approach to leadership. Through discussion and reflection, we'll work together to tackle some of the most challenging aspects of being a community leader.
Offered for the first time in 2016, more than 95 percent of Calibrate participants said they would recommend the series to others. "I was able to take pieces from each session and use it to be more effective in my personal, professional and community relationships. Each session gave me the opportunity to open up with challenges and ideas of my own and discuss those with others, creating a great learning environment, " says TJ Amos (CLP '14), Vice President at Marsh.
